Bundle Up for Growth
New for Shopify and coming soon for WooCommerce
Create dynamic, powerful bundles for both one-time purchases and subscriptions. Whether you’re offering starter kits, variety packs, or curated collections, you can now bundle products together while maintaining full subscription flexibility.
Configuration is simple: build and manage bundles right inside QPilot, then easily add them to your Shopify product page with the no-code Autoship Bundle Builder widget. Your customers can modify individual items within their bundles, adjust quantities, and manage delivery schedules, all without losing their bundle pricing.
Flexibility Makes the Choice to Bundle and Subscribe Easy… and Effective
One brand already putting this to work is SimpleKneads, using Autoship Bundles to give their customers more choice and convenience. Customers can easily mix flavors or buy more of their favorite and save big with 3 and 4-item bundles. Make it a subscription and save an additional 10%. It’s a simple offer and… it works.
Here’s what their CEO, Tristaun LeClaire, said after migrating subscriptions off their old platform and launching Autoship Bundles on Shopify: “We are seeing around a 40% opt-in rate to new subscription orders vs 8%-10% based on our old subscription platform… that is insane.” Check it out for yourself ➤

More Ways to Customize Your Subscriber Portal Experience
Improved for Shopify and WooCommerce
Your subscriber portal is where retention happens, and we’re giving you even more control over that experience:
Drag+Drop to Reorder, Show+Hide Any Component
“Components” are the display of features in your subscriber portal, like “Payment Method”, “Shipping & Delivery”, or the new “Order Notes” feature (scroll👇). Want to display the Order Totals at the top of the portal? Drag it to the top! Don’t want to display the Coupons feature in your portal? Hide it.
Hide What’s Not Available
You can now hide out-of-stock items from the product dropdown in your v2 portal. Why show subscribers products they can’t have? This simple change reduces frustration and keeps the focus on what’s actually available.
Let Them Leave Notes
Enable order notes so subscribers can add delivery instructions, gift messages, or special requests. They can view and edit these notes right from their portal, building a more personalized relationship with every order.
Breaking Boundaries with New Payment Integrations
New for WooCommerce
Managing subscriptions in multiple countries and currencies? So are brands like SHEIN, Mr Yum, and Royal Essence. Autoship now supports Airwallex Online Payments for flexible multi-currency support for a great payment experience at Checkout and recurring subscriptions.
Securely save payment methods with Airwallex for multiple currencies during Autoship checkout, and process subscription payments across borders with ease. This integration is ideal for merchants operating globally, providing the payment flexibility to match the subscription flexibility your customers already enjoy.
We’ve also added support for FunnelKit Payment Gateway for Stripe WooCommerce. If you’re using FunnelKit to optimize your checkout flows, you can now seamlessly integrate Autoship’s subscription capabilities while maintaining your conversion-optimized funnels. Your customers get a smooth checkout experience, and you get reliable recurring payment processing.
See It Before You Send It: Customer Notification Previews
New for Shopify and WooCommerce
You asked, and we listened! Now you can preview important subscriber emails like upcoming renewals by sending a preview to your inbox, so you can see your design and messaging before your subscribers do.
This means you can:
- Perfect brand voice and messaging
- Ensure a seamless experience across devices
- Test dynamic content and personalization
- Get your team’s stamp of approval before sending to subscribers
Take Control of Product Syncing
Improved for WooCommerce
WooCommerce store owners want control over how their online store works, and that’s why we’ve completely reimagined how product syncing works between WooCommerce and QPilot.
In the past, product data like stock status, inventory counts, and prices were only synchronized when a product was updated by an event (like a checkout order reducing inventory count), and by an automated daily sync that QPilot runs.
The automatic sync has worked well, but there are cases where stores and marketplaces with many products wanted products to be synchronized in smaller batches to ensure consistent performance, and other cases where site admins and developers need to disable automatic sync’ing while they make changes to the online store, complete a migration, or make changes to their WordPress database.
Now, when you log in to your WordPress admin and head to Autoship Cloud > Settings > Utilities, you’ll find new settings to control how your site wants to synchronize its product data:
- Enable or disable automatic syncing – this is defaulted to “enable”
- Set custom batch sizes and frequencies – adjust to smaller batch sizes to balance performance with large catalog stores & marketplaces
- Prioritize unsynced products – enable to ensure new items are ready faster, like after a migration or adding new products to your catalog
- View detailed logs – track daily logs of the synchronization process, troubleshoot quickly, or provide to support for faster resolutions
