From speed boosts in your WordPress and Shopify admin to smarter user management, a fresh new look for QPilot, and the game-changing shift from billing dates to delivery dates, every improvement is designed to make your subscription program run smoother and scale faster:

  • Merchants get faster performance and simpler workflows.

  • Everyone benefits from a modernized, intuitive platform that reduces friction and builds confidence.

Together, it’s a win for retention, growth, and operational stability.

Faster Performance Where It Matters Most

Improved for Shopify and WooCommerce

Running a growing subscription program means handling more data—more products, more customers, more transactions. That shouldn’t slow you down.

Unfortunately, some merchants reported slow load times when managing subscriptions within WordPress and Shopify, especially as their programs scaled. We took this feedback seriously and reprioritized development to deliver major speed gains. Here’s what you can expect.

  • Scheduled Orders Page: Load times reduced from 10 seconds to just 4 seconds.
  • Admin Pages: Faster rendering when managing subscribers and payment methods.
  • Across Platforms: Improvements benefit both WooCommerce and Shopify merchants.

These 30–60% performance improvements mean less waiting, smoother workflows, and a faster daily experience for both you and your team.

“Very few users take the time to tell you what’s wrong, so when they do, we act fast. These types of updates improve quality of life for our users and prove that we’re truly listening.”

– David Bradley, Founder

Smarter User Management: 2 Steps Are Now 1

Improved for WooCommerce

Subscribers expect flexibility. However, for merchants, making account updates isn’t always as straightforward as it should be.

Previously, if a merchant needed to make user account updates, they would have to enter the details twice: once in the WordPress user profile and again in the customer’s Scheduled Order(s). This “double entry” wasted valuable time and introduced the risk of error.

With this update, merchants can now:

  • Update profile data, including shipping address changes, in one swoop
  • Save time on support calls and live chats

The result is a smoother experience for both merchants and customers!

A Fresh Look: QPilot Design Refresh

New for Shopify and WooCommerce

Autoship’s power comes from the QPilot Merchant Center, the central hub that keeps everything running behind the scenes. But we’ll admit it: the interface hadn’t been updated since 2020, and it’s time for a new look.

We’re excited to announce a phased design refresh that brings clarity, modern usability, and faster navigation.

Here’s what’s rolling out first:

  • New login screen: Cleaner, more professional login experience.
  • Simplified site overview: Quickly see and manage connected stores at a glance.
  • Updated navigation menu: Easier to find reports, integrations, and subscription data.
  • (Coming Soon): New revenue reporting, and new reporting design with selectable date ranges

As the refresh continues, you’ll see more improvements in the way Autoship organizes and presents subscription information—helping you work smarter and faster.

Delivery Dates vs. Billing Dates: A Subscription Game-Changer

New for Shopify and WooCommerce

Billing dates are for you. Delivery dates are for your customer.

With Autoship’s new Delivery Dates feature, subscribers will now be able to see exactly when their orders will arrive—at checkout, in their subscriber portal, and in their notifications. This eliminates confusion, builds trust, and makes subscribers far more likely to convert and stay.

Early results are dramatic:

  • +25% boost in conversions at checkout
  • 50% better retention when delivery dates are displayed
  • Significant reduction in support tickets around “Where’s my order?”

Here’s what it looks like in practice:

  • Gardencup, a U.S.-based weekly salad subscription brand, saw subscription checkouts convert 25% more after taking the guesswork out of when your first order is delivered.
  • Barf Time, an Australian-based pet food brand, was already offering Delivery Dates at checkout but needed a solution that would work with Checkout and their recurring Autoship orders.

This is more than a feature; it’s a competitive advantage. In crowded markets, giving subscribers clarity about delivery sets you apart from competitors who still rely on billing dates.

CustomerHub Support for Shopify: A Unified Account Experience

New for Shopify

Your customers shouldn’t have to dig through multiple pages just to manage their subscriptions, payments, or past orders. With the new CustomerHub Support for Shopify, everything is brought together in one seamless, easy-to-navigate hub.

Now, both one-time shoppers and Autoship subscribers can:

  • Access Order History at a glance
  • Update Payments and Profile details in seconds
  • Enjoy a smoother, more intuitive account experience

In practice, that’s fewer support requests, happier customers, and a smoother experience that matches your brand.

What You Can Expect Next

We’re just getting started. Here’s what’s on the horizon:

  • More QPilot Design Updates: Expect additional updates to subscription management views, reports, and more.
  • New Update Payment Features: Making it easier for Woo and Shopify stores to update payments for customers online or over the phone right on their Scheduled Order… instead of relying solely on email links or manual entry.
  • New Reporting: We’re excited to debut new revenue reports with selectable date ranges that make it easy for marketers to compare one-time with subscription revenue and using a modernized layout and design.
  • Quick Links: The Autoship Link Builder has been a growth-driving upsell feature for Woo stores, and we’re creating an even better way to offer links that you can add to any Klaviyo message or campaign. This allows your subscribers to make changes to their upcoming Scheduled Orders without the friction of logging into the online store.
