Improved: Managing Sitewide Frequencies on Woo Just Got a Whole Lot Easier
Update which Autoship frequencies are available on products across your entire site — in just a few clicks. This new Bulk Utility makes it simpler than ever to standardize or adjust frequency options at scale. It’s designed to be so quick that you might find yourself thinking, “Well, that was easy!”
Explore it now in your WordPress Admin: Autoship Cloud > Settings > Utilities to get started.
New! Notify Subscribers To Take Action BEFORE Their Next Renewal: Scheduled Order Validation Errors
You can now warn subscribers about upcoming issues before their renewal date—when there’s a validation issue with a subscriber’s upcoming order, like missing information or an unavailable product. Customers can be notified automatically and given the opportunity to resolve the issue before the order fails.
You’ll stay in the loop, too, with the option to be BCC’d on these alerts. And because the notification templates are fully customizable, you can tailor the messaging to match your brand voice and make the resolution process as seamless as possible—helping customers get what they need without interruption.
Autoship & Beyond: A Preview of What’s Coming Soon
We are always working to make managing subscriptions easier, smarter, and more customer-friendly. Most updates are in response to feedback from brands & merchants just like you, so if you have a feature you’d like to see then start a chat with us or send us a contact from our support site: https://support.autoship.cloud
Here’s a quick look at some of updates coming soon to Autoship powered by QPilot:
→ Delivery Dates for Subscription Orders
No more guessing games. With dynamic delivery rules and shipping integrations, subscribers will be able to see available delivery dates upfront — so they’ll know exactly when to expect their next order.
→ Inventory & Stock Enhancements
Based on feedback from our merchant community, we’re rolling out more innovative inventory tools, including:
- Low-Stock Alerts for Customers — Let subscribers know when items are running low, so they can place orders early and you can prioritize loyal customers.
- Automated Order Reactivation — Scheduled Orders will automatically resume once stock is replenished, reducing manual effort and missed revenue.
→ Dashboard Upgrades
More visibility, more control. We’re working on expanded dashboard functionality and better UI that include:
- New Reporting Options
- Additional Filters
- Easier Exports
All to help you dig deeper into your data, know what’s working, and make decisions that drive up retention and LTV.
