The WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree® Gateway integration allows customers to stay on your site for credit card and Paypal transactions while securely tokenizing and storing your customers’ sensitive payment information on their secure servers.
Autoship Cloud for WooCommerce is required for integrating the Braintree® payments plugin with Autoship Scheduled Orders.
The checkout form is simple and allows maximum control over checkout so that you can test and implement the most effective Autoship experience for your store and add more payment solutions to your Braintree® account – like Paypal!
Payment method tokens created using the WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree® Gateway are attached to the Autoship Scheduled Orders your customers create at checkout allowing Scheduled Orders to be processed on future dates without the need for your customers to enter or re-enter payment information each time.

Autoship Cloud supports both PayPal Powered by Braintree® and Credit Card Powered by Braintree® payments which includes existing tokenized payment methods, new Credit Card Payment tokenization, and PayPal as a saved Payment method for future and recurring orders.

Getting Started
- Ensure you have the most recent version of Autoship Cloud ( previously WC Autoship ) installed on your WooCommerce store.
- Sign up for Braintree
- Download the WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree® Extension.
- Install the WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree® extension.
- Follow the Braintree® PayPal Payment extension Getting Started instructions here.
- Enable the Braintree payment method in your QPilot Merchant Account using the instructions found here
- Go through testing the WooCommerce checkout with Autoship Cloud enabled and a scheduled product using the PayPal Powered by Braintree® gateway.
- Process the resulting Scheduled Order in QPilot to ensure your customers’ payment methods are correctly saved to the orders.
