What payment gateways do you support?
Currently, we work with Shopify Payments, Checkout.com, Stripe, Authorize.net CIM, Braintree, PayPal Checkout, Cybersource, NMI, TrustCommerce, and Paya (Sage) Payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can download the Autoship Cloud plugin and create a free QPilot Merchant Account to get started. You only pay when you are ready to start processing Autoship Scheduled Orders!
What if I want to change plans?
It’s quick and easy to switch between our different pricing plans from your dashboard. Changes to your account will happen in real-time and any fees will be changed accordingly.
How long are your contracts?
Currently, we only offer monthly subscription plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation. Yearly plans will be available soon.
Why do you require a QPilot Account?
Think of QPilot like the engine that powers your Autoship or Subscription orders. QPilot has advanced scheduling features and automation that would not be possible with Shopify or WooCommerce alone.
Can I migrate current Subscribers?
Yes! In addition to the templates we give you to get your data ready, we also can seamlessly migrate data for popular payment gateways like Stripe, Braintree and Authorize.Net with no interruption to your customers!
Can I customize Autoship Cloud?
Yes! Autoship Cloud templates can be customized or simply translated by popular plugins like Loco Translate. Since Autoship Cloud works via the WooCommerce API, most WordPress customizations are safe to develop (we do suggest you test them on a staging site)!
How do I connect Autoship to Zapier?
Connecting with Zapier is a simple and powerful way to enable CRM, Analytics, Marketing Automation and more to work with your Autoship program. Once you’ve activated a QPilot Growth Plan, you can use over 10 different triggers for Scheduled Orders on Zapier.
