Managing subscriptions should be simple, wherever you are.
We’ve launched a mobile-ready Merchant Portal so you can edit subscriptions from anywhere, introduced custom frequency controls that give merchants and subscribers more flexibility, and expanded Klaviyo event automation to power better communication.
Plus, new reporting and Quick Actions are on the way to give you even clearer insights and faster subscriber management.
Here’s what’s new, improved, and coming soon.

This Month’s Highlights At a Glance
- NEW: QPilot Merchant Portal: A complete redesign that makes managing subscriptions faster and easier, even on mobile. Edit subscriptions, resolve issues in fewer steps, and access clearer, built-in reporting to see how your store is performing at a glance.
- NEW: Frequency Controls: You can now control how delivery frequencies appear to customers on your product pages and in the Subscriber Portal. This makes setup simpler for merchants, reduces confusion for shoppers, and helps increase subscription conversions.
- NEW: Klaviyo Event Flows: If Klaviyo is your go-to marketing platform, you can now send every subscription notification — renewals, reminders, and reactivations — directly through your Klaviyo flows. This gives you full control over design, timing, and analytics while keeping data perfectly synced with QPilot.
- NOW LIVE: Bundles for Shopify: Autoship Bundles are officially live! You can sell one-time and subscription bundles from a single setup and automatically upsell shoppers to recurring deliveries.
- COMING SOON: Dashboards, Quick Actions, and Snooze: New tools are on the way to give you more flexibility and control. Dashboards will show subscription vs. one-time revenue at a glance, Quick Actions will enable one-click changes from email or SMS, and Snooze will let subscribers delay renewals instead of pausing, keeping more subscriptions active.

More Control Over Subscription Frequencies
New for Shopify and WooCommerce
You now have more control over how delivery frequencies appear to customers so they fit your products, your brand, and your fulfillment schedule.
With Frequency Controls, you can define exactly which delivery options shoppers see on your product pages or in the Subscriber Portal. Whether your store offers weekly refills or monthly bundles, you can align frequencies to your inventory cycle and storefront design in just a few clicks.
This update simplifies setup for your team and makes choices clearer for customers, helping reduce support requests and increase subscription conversions.
Klaviyo: Event-Based Flows for Every Step of the Subscriber Journey
New for Shopify and WooCommerce
Now you can manage all subscription messaging directly in Klaviyo, using QPilot events like renewals, reminders, and reactivations to power your personalized flows.
The Autoship–Klaviyo integration now sends every major QPilot event to Klaviyo, giving you full control to create, send, and optimize all subscription communications inside your existing Klaviyo flows. Build personalized automations for every stage of the subscription lifecycle:
- Welcome flows when new Scheduled Orders are created
- Payment failure alerts with one-click payment update links
- Post-renewal messages to thank or upsell customers
- Reactivation campaigns for paused or snoozed subscribers
With Klaviyo handling your subscription messaging, customers stay informed and engaged while your team saves hours managing communications across multiple tools.

Autoship Bundles Are Now Live on Shopify
New for Shopify and coming soon for WooCommerce
The Bundles feature lets customers build and manage mix-and-match orders that renew together — with the flexibility to add, remove, or swap products anytime without losing discounts.
For merchants, that means:
- Higher average order value (AOV) from larger, customizable carts
- More recurring revenue by upselling one-time bundle buyers into subscriptions
- Fewer cancellations thanks to easier post-purchase editing
Bundles are now live on Shopify, with WooCommerce support coming soon.

COMING SOON: Tools to Help You Work Smarter and Keep Subscribers Engaged
Coming soon for Shopify and WooCommerce
We’re building new tools and enhancements that give merchants more visibility, flexibility, and control over their subscription programs. Here’s what’s on the way:
Dashboards and Reports: See How Subscriptions Drive Your Growth
You’ll soon be able to track key metrics like subscription vs. one-time revenue, renewal performance, and churn trends in one place, with clear visualizations and flexible filters.
Here’s what to expect:
- Custom date ranges and advanced filters for deeper analysis
- Visual breakdowns of subscription vs. one-time revenue
- Clear visibility into renewal rates, AOV, and subscriber retention
These updates will give you the clarity to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and make smarter decisions about your subscription program.

Quick Actions: Make Subscription Changes Effortless
Quick Actions let subscribers manage their Scheduled Orders instantly, without logging in or contacting support.
With a single click, shoppers can skip a delivery, change frequency, or adjust quantities directly from an email or text.
For merchants, this means fewer support tickets, smoother customer experiences, and stronger retention. Subscribers are far more likely to stay active, increasing LTV over time.
Snooze Instead of Pause: Flexible Delays, Fewer Cancellations
Snooze gives subscribers the option to delay their next renewal without fully pausing their subscription. After the snooze period, the subscription resumes automatically — no reactivation required.
For merchants, this reduces cancellations and keeps subscribers active longer by giving customers more flexibility without breaking their renewal cycle.
The Holiday Season Is an Opportunity to Grow Subscribers
This time of year brings more visitors and more first-time buyers, creating a natural opportunity to turn seasonal traffic into recurring revenue.
With the new Merchant Portal, Subscriber Portal improvements, and expanded Klaviyo automations, you can convert holiday shoppers into long-term subscribers and carry that momentum well beyond the season.
